Dealing with returns I get to see all sorts of reasons.
Wrong shade of (burgundy, sage, ivory, and yellow so far), wedding canceled, does not fit (too small, too large), etc. The reason does not matter as long its within the 30 days and not damaged, etc., but I am always curious on why.
A new reason is a customers parents bought a dress with them for the first communion.
Every day is something new :-)
And we are working very hard to make every day better and better in our store.
