James Tate, a senior student at Shelton High School, created a very unique and creative way of asking a girl for their prom which unfortunately led to Tate and two other of his friends being suspended and banned on going to the prom.
Tate and his friends went up the ladder to post cut out letters saying, “Sonali Rodrigues, will you go to prom with me?” The good news is that Sonali said yes but the head directress was not too happy about them trespassing on the school property because apparently this adventure was done at 1AM. So what do you think? Should Tate and his friends be allowed to go to the prom?
