I've been mentioning in my blogs a lot about preserving memorabilia as a way to keep memories alive through the years. I must admit I have gone a bit far. I have made a scrapbook of my daughter’s old things and I flip through and add to its pages at least once a month. I even keep photos of my daughter in her beautiful dresses as part of our trip down to memory lane. The actual dresses are tucked safely in a memory box. Free Online Tools for Your Wedding

The secret to planning my wedding years ago was to make full use of bridal magazines and free wedding checklists. I bought a binder to keep everything organized and to keep track of things that have been done and haven’t been done like the guest list, fitting for the bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses, and dress rehearsals. I’d also do random cutouts of pictures I like to show my supplier. Just think, I had to bring that every time I went to talk to my former fiance, now husband, or the caterer, seamstress, or florist. Boy, those were the days.

There are many more free tools out there, so finding the right one that will suit you will take some time and research. But, I believe that’s a small sacrifice to have that perfect wedding.
