What's Your Take on The Father-Daughter Dance Bill?

 A few days ago, I read this news article about how some women are calling veto on the Father-Daughter dance bill.  I couldn't take it off my mind since I do have really nice emails and stories from customers who bought dresses for their daughter's Father-Daughter dance at school.

For me the bills is harmless and in fact puts into consideration an equal treatment of students. Surely these events/programs are optional and parents or students can opt out if they feel that their sons or daughters aren't fit to join. 

I would want to read more opinion on this issue though. 

So, what do you think? A nay or yay to the bill?
