Girls Holiday Dresses for Christmas 2012

Now that Halloween is over, there's another yet big holiday occasion to prepare for - Christmas 2012! A mom's work is truly never done. It's festivities one after the other but Moms can't afford to slack off on any one of these special occasions because your kids can be children only once.

What's your fondest Christmas memory when you were a child? Mine is getting new girls holiday dresses to wear for Christmas and then there's always something extra special thrown in on the presents too. Christmas is such a feel-good occasion because everyone is so nice and warm. It's also the perfect time to meet family and friends who you don't see very often. Christmas family traditions are also very interesting since I found out that it varies from different countries. I know for a fact that in Australia, they literally have a warm Christmas because it's summer season every November- January (I think).

Santa Claus mascots will start to come out pretty soon and I'm sure your kids will be delighted to sit on Santa's lap and whisper their Christmas gift wishes. I wonder if you were ever scared of Santa when you were little? I know some kids who got so scared of the big man in red. I'm sure Christmas parties are being planned on as I write this but whatever your traditions and occasions this coming Christmas, your daughters will surely look great with their new holiday dresses. Universal Children’s Day

Moms, your little princess deserves to know how much you love and appreciate her. Make this day extra wonderful for her! Here are some ways to make this day special:

1. Take her to the library or the museum. Yes, you read it right. These places can be fun for your little girl. Library activities are generally free to the public. They have storytelling for kids, mother-daughter book clubs, and arts and crafts. Museums are fun too. Period.

2. See a movie with her. Let her pick the movie she likes and the just enjoy the whole thing with her. Don't forget the popcorn.

3. Bake something WITH her. Cookies, brownies, muffins--whatever! Baking moments with your daughter can truly be fun and unforgettable.

4. If you're the super busy type of mom, you can always get her something affordable yet special. Girl holiday dresses, children's books and other educational toys are just some of the things you could get for her.

November 20 is Universal Children’s Day. I just want to say Happy Children's Day to all the kiddos out there!
