Start the day right by attending your Church service. I’m sure God has special blessings in store for Dads and their families on Father’s Day. Make sure the flower girl goes to bed early. Ideally, children aged 7-12 should be getting around 10 hours of sleep a night to ensure that they are well rested.


Also, making sure she is eating healthy is crucial. Make sure she is eating a balanced meal the night before and eating healthy throughout the day of the wedding. Foods that are high in fat can make her drowsy and less attentive to what is going on around her. A balance of protein and carbohydrates will make sure she has energy for the day, along with fresh fruits and veggies.
