In India, a 15 year old girl stands just 1 foot, 11 inches! Her name's Jyoti Amge. Although she's way smaller than her age group, she still dreams big. She wants to be an actress someday and tries to live a normal life. Luckily, the people around her help her live normally. She was given her special desk and chair on her classroom, clothes and accessories are made for her too. Plus a very supportive family helps a lot.
I wonder should EliteDresses put out a girls holiday dress with her size? I mean surely girls like Jyoti's size needs to wear one or two party dress.
