EliteDresses return policy is 100% Guarantee/Return Policy is a work in progress.
I am very open to suggestions for improving it. Basically when I get a return that bothers me, or a series of them, the return policy gets updated.
My goal with the return policy is to be fair and ethical to the customer, as well as to us. Sometimes it gets hard, but I always try to error on the side of the customer and put the customer first by providing great customer service.
