I call each of the dresses I sell at Elitedresses.com as little dresses from the heart because each are laboriously checked for quality, strength and if it's the right cut. Though as you would probably know, no matter how tedious one get, it's not fool proof. We are still able to send dresses with flaws with them but we accept that it's our fault and we re-ship a great replacement immediately.
