Hotmail password bug fixed

One of my wife's old accounts was affected by this, very annoying. And as a user, there was nothing we could do to prevent it. And this also happened to at least one of my customers. I E-Mailed the customer they were hacked, and they appreciated knowing they were not the only person it happened to.

A speaker I just heard suggested if your account has been hacked, the best thing to do is just open a new account. I hope this is not true (we just changed the password). What Microsoft is doing is requiring the account password to be changed.
