As mothers we are all careful about what our children share in the internet and it's all for a good reason. But what if the online footprint of your child is your only memory of him or her?
One family in Canada experienced a terrible fight against privacy laws. Their young daughter died from illness and she held precious photos and notes online via blogs, social media sites and so on. The trouble is, they didn't know the password of any of the accounts and when they tried to recover it so they can "preserve" a part of her, they were shut off and shunned.
