And it has began, the annual Father Daughter dance to most schools, organizations, town or subdivision. It's normally celebrated anytime during the month of February in celebration of Valentine's Day but instead of sweethearts being together, it's the Father and Daughter tandem that's being celebrated and fostered.
My dear husband and daughter(who is in college now) didn't have one but I wish that they had because it encourages bond between father-daughter and strengthens it too. It's also a great way of showing that Valentine's Day is not all about love between boyfriend-girlfriend or husband-wife but also the love between friends and family. It is ultimately the season to reflect about how much love we are willing to give and how much we are willing to take. It's the time when we remember the unconditional love we receive from our parents and friends.
This is why Father Daughter dance is a special occasion and little princesses wear their best dancing and party dress. We offer girls party dresses for little girls and girls party dresses for junior girls as well.
